Well, we all new that this day would come. As I like to call it, weigh day.

The day when, after a prolonged period of unhealthy eating, you step onto the scales once more. 

Drum roll please...

154 lbs 

Very bad news, although not as bad as it could be. It's actually only a two pounds gain, and with a little effort I can kiss both that and all the extra weight I'm carrying goodbye.

I've already lost 24 lbs. I can do it again.

This journal isn't about my diet (I already have a journal at calorie count) but I felt I should at least make mention of it to spur me onwards towards my resolution of being 20 lbs lighter and hitting 130 lbs. 

I have healthy food in. I have a new exercise video. Mum even bought a new stepper. 

Let's do it!
